You are not starting over three times. You are building one thing, in three rooms.

why an arc

Grief, identity, and self-worth are three rooms of the same house

I wrote these as three separate journals on purpose. Grieving your mother, figuring out who you are without her, and rebuilding self-worth are not the same task, and each book knows what it is actually for.

But they were always meant to be walked through together. Still Her Daughter first, so the grief that has not been let in does not block everything built on top of it. Identity After Mother Loss next, for who you are underneath who you were to her. Loving the Girl She Left last, because self-worth is usually the last room a daughter is ready to enter, and it goes easier once the first two doors are already open.

Buying them one at a time costs $87. This is all four, including the discussion guide that names the thread between them, for $59.

the discussion guide

The hallway between the three rooms

Each journal stands on its own. The guide is what is new here: a short set of bridge pages you read between books, naming what to carry from one room into the next instead of starting each journal cold.

You do not have to finish one before starting the next. Plenty of women work through them in parallel, a room in one, then a room in another, following whatever the week actually asks for.

a few promises

What these pages will never do

No silver linings, and no "everything happens for a reason."

No timeline you are somehow failing.

No religion built in, so it holds whatever faith, or absence of faith, you bring.

No pressure to be done. Grief is not a problem to solve.

Not sure where to begin?

Some women start in community, some want focused one-to-one support, some just need more time with the pages first. None of those are wrong. There is a free fifteen-minute call, if you want it.
