Everyone deserves to feel welcome here, including people who use assistive technology. I am committed to making this website usable for as many people as possible.
My commitment
I am committed to meeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, and I treat that as a real working standard for this website rather than a box to check. I have built accessibility into the site from the ground up, and I keep testing and refining it as the site grows. This kind of work is never truly finished, so if any part of the site falls short for you, I want to know, and I will make it right.
What I do
- Use clear page structure, headings, and landmarks so content is easy to follow.
- Provide text alternatives for meaningful images, so screen readers can describe them.
- Offer a "skip to content" link so keyboard users can move past the menu.
- Show a visible focus outline so keyboard users can always see where they are.
- Label form fields, so the name, email, and other inputs are announced clearly.
- Support keyboard navigation for interactive elements, including the cookie controls and the website assistant.
- Aim for readable color contrast and text that stays usable when you zoom or resize it.
How I check
I review this website through a mix of automated checks and hands-on testing, including keyboard navigation and reviewing how images and forms are described to assistive technology. I revisit accessibility as I add new pages and features.
Known limitations
Some older content or third-party features, such as the scheduling and payment tools, are built by outside providers and may not yet fully meet these standards. Where that is the case, I am working to improve them, and I welcome your patience and feedback.
