GRIEF, TRAUMA & YOUR MAMA: A free community for women near this work. JOIN THE COMMUNITY

I help women navigate mother loss and heal the attachment wounds grief leaves behind, because those wounds are always healable.

Whether you’re in the thick of acute loss or carrying something older and harder to name, this work is for you.

Hi, I’m Angela Schellenberg.

Founder of the Grief, Trauma & Your Mama Podcast

I’m a licensed therapist and attachment-informed grief educator. My work sits at the intersection of early relational loss, nervous system response, and the grief that high-functioning women have set aside because life didn’t stop.

I lost both of my parents by the time I was 22. That history is part of why this work makes sense to me, clinically and personally.
