Grief does not stay in the past, it lives in the nervous system.
Especially when the loss goes back further than you expected.
You may have lost someone recently. Or you may have been carrying something older, a mother who was absent, a childhood that asked too much of you, a way of moving through the world that made sense then and costs you now. New loss has a way of waking up what was never fully held. This work sits at the intersection of grief, attachment, and the body. Not to move you through it faster, but to help what is rising make sense.
