Eight weeks through nurturance, protection, and guidance, and what forms in a daughter when one of them was missing. A workbook for every lesson, a private group with only your cohort, and the alumni circle that keeps meeting after week eight. The framework is Kelly McDaniel’s; Angela teaches it as a trained Mother Hunger® Facilitator.

Ralston White Retreat · Mill Valley, Northern California · three nights
Claire Bidwell Smith leads this retreat, and I join her team as the trauma therapist. We offer it twice a year, usually in January and August: four days in a historic house above Mill Valley with private hiking trails, small circles, continuing bonds work, yoga, forest walks and a private chef. We heal in community, and this is one of my favorite places to see it happen.

The same four days, the same herd, the following spring. The dates are set and the beds are not open yet. Leave your name and you will hear from me first, before it goes anywhere else.

Chiang Mai, Thailand
Six days at a sanctuary where the elephants are not ridden or performing, only living. Grief work in a place far enough from your ordinary life that your body finally believes it is allowed to put something down.

The circles gather twice a year, spring and fall, and the course runs again after this cohort closes. Join the waitlist and you will hear the dates before they are public.
