From a day with the horses to a full retreat

Every gathering is custom. Come for a single day on the land, a focused wellbeing day, or a multi-day retreat. The horses are at the center of all of it.

A day with the horses. A single-day equine experience at Shakti Ranch. Guided groundwork with the horses, no riding required, where a team practices presence, honest communication, and coming back to steady, together. A reset a boardroom cannot give.

A focused wellbeing day. A full day on the land that weaves time with the horses together with somatic and nervous-system tools and space to slow down. No overnight, ideal for local teams.

A multi-day retreat. The full experience at Shakti Ranch, and optionally the Malibu Dream Resort, adding luxury stays, chef-prepared meals, and the ocean-side estate, for larger teams.

How much does a corporate retreat cost?

Pricing is shared personally once we understand your team, the format, and group size. Every experience begins with a planning call, and you'll get a clear proposal with no pressure.

Do we need any horse experience?

No. Everything is guided groundwork, no riding, and no experience needed. Angela leads every session as a licensed therapist, so the focus is presence and honest communication, not horsemanship.

How many people can come?

Up to 14 for the Leadership Experience and single-day gatherings, and 14 to 28 for the two-day immersion. Tell us your group size and the day is shaped around it.

Is this only for tech and AI teams?

The Leadership Experience is built with the pace of AI and technology teams in mind, but the format works for any company moving through a hard season, whether that's leadership loss, burnout, or simply needing to reset together.

Where are these held?

At Shakti Ranch in Malibu for day experiences, and optionally the Malibu Dream Resort for multi-day retreats with overnight stays.

How is this different from a typical offsite?

It's led by a licensed trauma therapist, not an events company, and built around the nervous system, not icebreakers. Horses respond to what's actually true in the room, which gives leadership honest signal a standard offsite can't.
