What’s inside

A quiet, well-tended space, not another loud feed. Here is what you will find when you join.

The free community

Grief, Trauma & Your Mama is the heart of this place. Every member belongs here from day one. Read along, or share when you are ready.

The memorial wall

A quiet garden where members keep a place for the people they are missing. You can light a candle for someone else’s person, and they can light one for yours.

Milestone days

Tell us the date you lost your person, if you’d like. On the tender anniversaries, the community is gently told and can send you flowers. Nothing is shared unless you choose it.

Witness-only posts

Some days you want to be heard, not advised. Mark a post “witness only” and the community simply holds space with you.

Mother Hunger® alumni

A private space for course graduates, with a live call with Angela on the first Friday of every month. It opens to you when you take the Mother Hunger® course.

Courses, when ready

Guided courses and live cohorts live right alongside the community, so everything for this work sits under one calm roof.

The memorial wall

A place for the people we miss

Grief asks to be witnessed, not tidied away. The memorial wall is a quiet garden where members keep a candle for the ones they have lost.

Light a candle for your person, and others will light one too. When you light a candle for someone else’s person, they feel a little less alone in carrying them.
