1. Introduction Welcome to The Earth Glow Spa. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services. By booking an appointment or purchasing products from us, you agree to these terms.

2. Services The Earth Glow Spa offers various spa treatments, including massages, facials, energy healing, and wellness products. All services are subject to availability.

3. Booking and Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

  • We accept payments via credit/debit card, PayPal, and other accepted payment methods.

  • Prices for services are subject to change without notice.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

  • No-shows will be charged the full price of the service.

5. Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client. The full price of the service will still apply.

6. Liability

  • The Earth Glow Spa is not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or loss incurred while on the premises.

  • Clients are responsible for informing therapists of any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or injuries.

7. Use of Products

  • All products sold by The Earth Glow Spa are for external use only unless otherwise specified.

  • The Earth Glow Spa is not responsible for any allergic reactions or adverse effects resulting from the use of products.

8. Changes to Terms

  • The Earth Glow Spa reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients are encouraged to review the terms regularly.
